What are they and are they worth anything other than scrap?

They look like brake shoes for a small rail cart? Or maybe tractor axle weights?
Punch press flywheel weights.... If so they're scrap, new presses do not use.
I totally forgot about that auction and missed the ending. Hopefully you got a good deal on some stuff.

I ended up getting some justrite parts cleaning buckets, a couple of shop karts, and a some small tube vices. I won a larger bench vise, but it dissappeard before I got there, so they tried to make it right and I was able to get an extra set up kart and a machine base instead.
I think there were some good deals but I was in a class that ended at 4pm and the auction started at 3pm, then once I logged in everything was happening very fast.
