Madeleine Peyroux: Dance Me to the End of Love
A great Leonard Cohen song. But she's great too.

This one keeps popping up for me, too. Heard at a friend's house this evening so I'm not the only one. Good stuff.
In that same romantic mood, there's Miss Cecile McLorin Salvant. Cecile in Detroit

Axl "I'm a flake" Rose's first show as Brian Johnson's replacement. Vocal range is too high and he is sitting down (sorry, but if his leg is FU'd put off the show...). jNot gonna spend my $ on that...Sux that AC/DC turned into a cash cow name to outlast the inspiration.

I find the weirdest E36 M3 on the internet.

I was actually listening to it and didn't read your post, as a logical person pointed out. Since it was factual and not inflammatory, I can't say that I'm sorry about it. While your story is a sad and unfortunate one, go be offended somewhere else.
Right now it's Kavinsky - Testarossa Overdrive

Brand New -Seventy Times 7. The song that sparked the whole Brand New/Taking Back Sunday feud.

I may, just may, be able to do a PART FIVE this year.
I have been driving the RX-7 while the Volvo is under the knife. I threw an open diff in it (and it is SCREAMING) and all of the calipers are siezed and I think the master cylinder is failing and the tires are heavily flat-spotted but damn, I miss driving the car, it is FUN.
Obligatory listening:

I make it mt goal to BE the weirdest E36 Me on the internet.
Until then there is stuff like this.
Annie and I are big fans of "House of Cards." This is the theme song. Sometimes, when we sit around in the evening and have a few glasses of Bordeaux, we listen to this. Hard core fans would probably get it.
Just realized that I committed the worst sin of all when I dropped my car off at the body shop.
I left the stereo on. The paint-fume-addled tech will be annoyed my by choice of music.
Oddly enough, I remember what was playing. It was what the car was named after.

I still am not sure why the Volvo makes me want to listen to light jazz. Maybe it's from my youth, in my stepfather's Phase 1, where he had a leather-lined Cadillac Seville (I think? I was like 11) and leather interiors make me think of jazz. Although at that time he listened to Sonny & Cher and it wasn't until Phase II that I experienced the brunt of jazz pumped through $20k (1981 dollars) worth of audio equipment.
The phenomenal song starting at 14:38 in this live performance. I still can't believe all those sounds came out of a conventional acoustic guitar! rodrigo y Gabriela live
