It has wraparound bubble glass in the back, and a small vent just over the grille like an old Aston. I keep thinking it's a British car that starts with a J. I can't see the front because it's parked in a junkyard in tall grass right behind another car. If nobody corrects my brainfart right away I can sketch something up.
Looks like a match, although I don't see any with that Aston-like vent, maybe this one's been riced (crumpeted? )
Great now I'll have to go and look at it...
These good for anything performance-wise (by today's standards)? And can they be reliable if fixed up or would it be an ongoing case of British Car Hell?
Good for performance? They have a big block Chrysler! Hell yeah they're good!
I think what you have though is the AWD Jensen FF, which would be a massive car find (they are rare). They are longer than the Interceptor with dual grills in the fenders and the hoodscoop...

Well, definitely got to look now...
^It looks EXACTLY like that grayish-brown one. Same color even.

DING DING!!! Go get it dude, that's gotta be the coolest find ever on your island! Pleeeeeeease buy it! They only made 320 of them.
I'll only be able to buy it if the guy doesn't know what it is and lets me take this sorry wreck off his hands
Dear god if that is an FF, I will envy and hate you all at the same time... IF it isn't an FF I will still envy and hate you just less...
Imagine parts made of solid gold and located on the dark side of the moon. They are cheaper and easier to get then parts for an FF Jensen.

That's why I figured this one isn't being driven...are there a lot of FF-specific parts on these things?

Just the actual AWD setup and the trim/body differences. Just about everything else is standard Interceptor, and everything is available from the UK.
Sorry, it's not actually an FF model although it has the same spindly mirrors. The vent was a rust peel I mistook from a distance...I thought I remembered it being further forward. The owner said he sold it to a guy who moved to the US and never claimed it, so he's had a car he doesn't legally own on his property for the last 7 years.
Pic was out of focus, D'oh!!!
Only one side vent:
Pic of the interior through the dusty-ass window. He said not to open the doors or they'd fall off:
The "scoop":
