My old Alfetta had all the center gauge consol with everything there, except the tach, which was in front of the driver. People in the back seat really don't need to see the speedometer...or do they....

I should point something out.
While I am massively NOT a fan of center-mount gauges, I stuck a 5" tach on the right side of the instrument panel so that the in-car camera will pick it up. I have a habit of ignoring the gauges while out on course, so I rarely know exactly what the car's doing.
On the street, it took about a month for me to ignore the factory (left-side IP) tach entirely.
