Kind of going with the same direction of all the other questions, What one thing do you absolutely hate on your car that the manufacture did? What is just that one thing that pisses you off to the point where you want to find a way to modify it immediately?
I have two.
My '95 Cherokee has the shortest seat belts in the world. I usually can reach over to the passenger side floor with my seat belt on. Not in the Cherokee. I'm lucky if I can reach the floor next to the center console. My wife hates riding in it, the seat belt is not her friend (in the chest region).
My '03 Durango. The CHMSL has 3 bulbs in it. Not 2, not 4, only 3. What's the problem with this you ask? Well #1, they burn out faster than a DRL on a GM car leaving the factory floor, and #2, NOBODY sells bulbs in packs of 3.
The super-light no-feel steering in my 'Vette. Between that and the seats... while the car can corner very well, the driver has to go somewhere and control it
The need to keep the body and paint completely flawless on my CRX to keep it from turning into a rustbucket.
One thing? That's a tough one, there's a couple haha.
Turning radius is probably the biggest dislike of mine. Saturn S-series have the turning radius of the Queen Mary. I think it's so bad because of the trans sticking into the left wheel well. So, not that easy to modify.
Close second is oil filter location, although I've changed so many by now that it doesn't bother me anymore. And there's also a (relatively) easy fix: remote filter setup.
The hole in the undertray being in no way lined up with the oil filter under my MS3. Not having a hole would be fine. Having one that doesn't help is just insulting.
You cannot disable the traction control on the smart fortwo. Makes fun winter driving tough.
The ever present MIL on my Mk4 Jetta.
The horrible steering set-up of my Vette and the brakes that need constant bleeding. Okay that's two. I could go on. Still love this car however.
Lack of power. 240sx's are SLOW. especially a sohc thats stock.
my Z31 300zx turbo is like a grown up 240. With super crappy swing arm suspension, and much less steering angle. But OMG OEM boost is awesome.
So I'm fixing it with a VQ30DE, with a turbo later. 95-01 maxima motor that is.
Other then that, its a fun go cart. Minus, the broken exhaust (stock manifold, and stock cat. converter, broken off catback) and the broken 1/4 window, it drives me crazy. Its all getting fixed though.
Oh and the power seat belts. usually they are cool, but they can be annoying. Harnesses fixes that...

the little round blue and white roundel on the back of my 318ti. Something about that emblem brings out the worst in people
Not having cruise on my Miata. Since I bought it four months ago, its been on 2 over-1K mile road trips, and several shorter ones. I need to wear an ankle brace to keep from getting sore.
Once the warranty is up, I'm finding out which Mazda parts are needed to add cruise, and putting them in there.
No passenger side outside door lock on the Canyon. It drives me NUTS. It has one on the tailgate... which I've never used.
The dome light on the Cobalt. My base Canyon has map lights on the mirrors, and a good dome light with the switch on the dash, but the Cobalt has the cheapest feeling dome light and switch I've ever felt, and it's a loaded car.
On the MS3 if you have anything with straws in the cup holders they will get stabbed in to your arm no matter what you do.
The stupid auto trans in my wife's 9-5 makes me want to kill kittens,
My engine doesn't have pistons, it's run by chipmunks named Alvin, Simon, Theodore and Bob. I think Bob's got a limp, too.
Plastic headlights! nuff said!
On every car I've ever owned, 1983 and newer:
The stupid, useless, plastic freaking undertray. They are always broken (yes, even on my all-of-5-years-old Mazda5), they are always crap collectors (leaves, grime, rocks, mice), and they are always a hinderance to oil changes (blocking filter, blocking jack points, etc). I have a literal pile of them in my shed (Miata, 944, Mazda5, Grand Prix). I flipping HATE those things.
On the Mazda5:
-
The windshield wipers: The fronts only have the choices of "once every 3.14 minutes", "rainstorm deluge", and "OH MY MONSTER, WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!!!" for their settings. I like wipers that have normal settings, or even better, a potentiometer switch so I can adjust on the fly.
-
The rear wiper: It sucks. It pretty much just streaks the bottom 1/5th of the window, on the passenger side only. I've replaced the arm itself and the blade and adjusted the sucker every which way it can go. After going to a few dealers, I've realized it's designed this way. I'm gonna take that berkeleying thing off.
The Grand Prix:
- The automatic. If GM made that car with a decent 5-speed stick, I'd own a fleet of them. Not that the auto is that bad, but in a FWD sedan it needs a clutch pedal to have a little fun. I've driven a buddy's Tap-Shift equipped Series V GTP and it was better, but still lacking.
The 944:
- The shifter. It has the feel of a broken leg with the directness of a bowl of mashed potatoes. Maybe I've been spoiled by aftermarket-equipped T5's and Miata's, but that shift action feels like rowing a canoe in a river of broken glass.
The Javelin:
- The vinyl top. I have 127 trim holes to weld up. Stupid 70's fad.
Sorry, I'm in a bad mood today. I'll go sit in the corner and be quiet now.

Worst shifting logic EVER.

My beater has no passenger mirror.
My MX3 has no cupholders, and I have yet to find an aftermarket one that fits.
Instead of folding the metal over nicely where the body meets the frame on my Dakota, it juts down in a stupid lip that is a magnet for rust.
Leg room, 1 more inch would be wonderfull up front in the Neon. Aside from that it is just a matter of options I wish it had.
My Dakota, everything.
My wife's Avalanche, everything.
Both vehicles have the sum of all parts not equaling the total by quite a large margin.
Turning it off, cause that means I'm done with my drive...

There is only one thing I hate with the import jdyam STi, and that is that it has a big dent in it's side. Other than that, it's impossible to hate. Good mileage, good power, seats 4, year round car, stupid cheap, yadda yadda... I guess I wish it had DCCD? Maybe that the transmission was smoother?

Also, I can't really find a comfortable driving position in my girlfriends. My Subaru the only problem I have is that it spent its first 8 winters in Michigan, so the rust has begun.

The "cupholders" in my Astro. They are worse than nothing because they trick you into thinking they can hold a cup of something. Really, they're too big, and as soon as you accelerate in any direction, the glass tips over onto the floor.
Floormats. After spending 16k on a brand new car in which A/C, OnStar, Bluetooth, and traction control is all standard - floormats are still a option. Then of course if the dealer gets a car that didn't have them optioned when built the parts department soaks you twice as much to order them.
So please Chevy, next time keep the OnStar and just give me the 4 little squares of carpet that I ask for. Pretty please?
The 'Burban= open rear diff.
The wife's '93 Impreza L= FWD
