Nothing, my '18 Volt has a heated steering wheel, cloth heated seats a very good backup camera display and Apple car play. It has all the things I needed. The next option level up was the Premier and had leather, Bose and all the safety nannies - for an extra $7K. No thanks, I'm very happy with what I have.
I wish I had heated seats and more power.

Wish for more power? Aren't we already on GRM?
You know what, there is something I wish I had: ventilated seats. I like the leather, but they do get hot. I do not believe it was an option, but that doesn't stop me from wishing I had them.
I wish I'd gotten the factory hitch installed on the Renegade. I can't bring myself to spend $500 on it right now and there seem to be no used ones anywhere.

I kindawish it didn't have a sunroof. Other than that, not a thing.
Steering wheel radio controls; adding it soon since the entire kit is $47
Auto HVAC; fairly easy to add but a little spendy
Factory trailer hitch; Class IV receiver is $170
707hp 6.2L Hellcat engine; who needs rear tires or forward momentum anyways.
This truck is stupid easy to install everything from an upper trim level truck. I just need all the money

The '03 Baja? I wish it had heated seats. Also wish it had the turbo EJ25, but that didn't become an option until 2005, sadly.
The Miata? The Weird Incurable Undiagnosable Interior Buzz Delete package. Very pricey. Seriously, nothing, it was a high option car that I've molded into what I want.
1) adequate torque
2) adequate hp
3) a functioning heater
4) u-joints that weren't ready to cause the driveshaft to pole-vault me into oncoming traffic
5) a radiator that doesn't leak
6) a clutch that disengages
y'all got first world problems. I have a 94 Mazda.
Manual HVAC controls, manual windows, manual shift transfer case, no sun roof and cloth seats.
Limited slip diff, on both the '90 Volvo and the X1/9. Also the cell phone jammer mentioned previously.
It wasn't an option (and it still isn't) but I really wish my car had a PDK or DCG.
Heated steering wheel and heated shifter

I'd love it if the Excursion had:
- Rain sensing wipers
- Adaptive cruise control
- Heated seats
- Sunroof
- Heated steering wheel
- Backup camera with a view of the hitch
- Bluetooth
- A "cancel" button on the cruise control
- Trans temp gauge
- Self-leveling air suspension
- Blind spot monitoring system
- Block heater
Actually, The only think I would want is an auto dimming rear view mirror. I can add one but just haven't gotten the kit. Other than that, I don't need a lot of options and this car has all I need.

1996 Legacy Outback, I wish it had the engine from the previous generation legacy turbo, along with better brakes.
Backup camera. It has pretty much everything else.
I'm (apparently) the only person in the world that doesn't want heated seats, steering wheel or anything. Even when it's cold as hell my heater isn't on for long.
Unrealistically I wish for warp speed and a whole host of James bond offensive weapons.
Realistically I wish my winter car , 00 explorer, had a much better stereo system and one day I'll get that done. The summer car, 02 zx2, I wish I could figure out why the a/c is bitchy.
My Avalanche needs a choppity chop camshaft and enough boost from a turbocharger to make 800rwhp and be sleeperish to walk most of the other E36 M3 out there.

All of the bells and whistles on my 2017 Grand Caravan GT has spoiled me for other cars. It has heated seats, heated multi-function steering wheel, remote start, etc. Even the middle seats are heated. I say "spoiled" because after a year and a half, I wouldn't want a DD without most of these features. So my E-350 camper van project - not happening and will be sold. My 2003 TDI wagon - will be sold off when I can dig it out of the garage.
One option I wish my van had is more towing capacity. 3500 lbs makes me eventually need to replace it, but I know now my next van will be similarly spec'd out, but just with a 7500 lb tow rating.
