Probably about $1850. I'll give you $2014, when should I pick it up?
No idea, but I really like these cars. GLWS.
Where are you located? What's the rust situation? Those both make a difference in the price.
In reply to jimbob_racing:
Located in Colorado Springs, CO. No rust that I have found while under it except a little on some surfaces. Body is rust free except where there are small paint chips. I would call it pretty much rust free.

You could invest about $300 worth of wheels, donut tires stretched to them, crash bolts to give it hella sick camber, and enough stickers to stickerbomb the hood/roof.........then ask $9000 like every other hardparker.
Otherwise, IDK what the market is like for them, but honda people are weird sometimes.
Huh, I always thought the GS-Rs were 2-door only?
Forgot about the two sets of tires. Added to original post.

in MA I would imagine that to be somewhere between 3500-4500$ depending on just about everything. the market wildly varies for anything Honda/Acura around here

Gotta be more than that, don't you think? At least here in Chicago it would be more.

In reply to mtn:
Maybe. It'll depend on how quickly he wants/needs it gone. It sort of relates to Toyman's "under-priced" thread. There are various ways to research asking and selling prices: Craigslist search, completed eBay sales, price guides, browsing enthusiast forums, and so on.
Personally, if you want maximum money and can wait, start at $4500 and see what happens. If you need it gone quickly, maybe $2500.
What would a car like this be worth with good paint?

It's a 20 year old Honda with crap paint and a dead interior. The B motor's time in the sun has passed, so no value as a swap donor. So yeah, I think that's what it would bring in Atlanta. Of course, none of them rust here, so rust free is no bonus like it would be up north.
It's wild, because I remember when the motor alone would bring $4k. But time marches on...
In reply to DILYSI Dave:
To be fair the driver seat is the only problem with the interior, the rest is in very good shape. I tried to show off the crack free dash.
