the best showman was John Force back when he was just becoming big... quarter mile burnouts, followed by at least one blower explosion at the top end during elminations on live tv... then he would jump out of his burning car and scream to the guy at the end of the track about how fast his hotrod was and how pissed off Austin Coil was going to be that he didn't lift, with smoke still coming off his charred fire suit..
or maybe Dale Earnhardt the time he flipped his car like 6 times at Talledega, then jumped out of the ambulance to drive it back to the pits for repairs so he could get back into the race and earn a few points because "the tires still had air in them"..
