This is an old 61" Ferris walk-behind ZTR mower. It came with the house and started out working fine but has been getting slower and slower. Finally at the end of the mowing season last year I put it away and haven't touched it at all this year.
Here are a couple of pics of the engine and pump/reservoir area. It appears to be full (to the line on the reservoir) but this guy is so old I don't have/can't find a manual for it to begin troubleshooting. That and I know nothing about hydraulic drives like this so I really don't even know where to start.
Don't mind the dust and dirt, he's been sitting a while and I've been cutting wood nearby!
How old is it?
Old enough that a hand engraved model & serial number plaque wasn't sold as an "exclusive" feature!
And help or advice would be appreciated!
