Who was he before he was GPS again...?
he was walterj … which is the user name I wanted to use … so I went with wbjones, which is what I use on most other places
I have not owned the malibu to the left for 3 or 4 years.
I have LONG since graduated WVU and I hardly mountain bike anymore.
It is like I was a totally different person before. Weird!

Woohoo! I'm an etc!
Who doesn't want to be someone else at some point?
It's like shaving or growing a beard. Sometimes you just want to mix it up.
This thread has now totally backfired with multiple people changing names. I also vote turn the feature off.
Long time lurker, first time poster here... looking forward to making fun of some of the intimate details of your lives!

Not really. He was only including those who had made an important contribution.
Corporations change their names when they muck things up so badly they know they cannot show their faces under their old names. Think Computer Associates, Andersen Consulting, Philip Morris, AIG, Blackwater, etc. The list is long indeed.
Something to think about.

Sometimes people do when their boss knows the old one and might not approve of the contents or timing on posts. There are many reasons. Sometimes it's just to berkeley around. Other times it's camouflage. Once in a while it's because someone suggests you shouldn't. Who is to say?

I shaved my balls for this.

Love the name. Much better than Giant Purple Snorkelsmacker.
For starters, it's easier to spell.

No! I dearly hope that this is a temporary situation. I do not know if I can continue. My world is upside-down.

Been z31 since z31.com back in the late 90s when I was in high school (original name for driving a, wait for it, '88 Z31).
There is one other forum I use a different name on.

Oh, I don't know, The Gathering Darkness kind of fits the personality.
I've been here with the same avatar and username forever... at least 8+ years. Some people seem to think I've only recently showed up though, which I find hilarious. There definitely is a bit of a clique here, but not nearly as bad as every other website out there.
