Rhetorical question of course.

Yeah it was a Huracan, but he wrecked it in a distracted-driving accident, along with his hands...

We're all uncomfortable talking about Dr. Strange on top of Frankenstein...

HAD. membah he balls it up and that's why his hands don't work anymore?

No, because Frankenstein's Monster (Should Monster be capitalized?) can't teleport himself. David's answer sounds reasonable. The Doctor needs a Corvette for track days.

It's always the grounds Wall. Always. The 2000 is completely apart currently fixing that issue. Hopefully I'll be motivated this week to finish it.
Almost as absurd as the Spider-Mobile. The guy can swing from buildings and lives in one of the most-congested cities in the US, plus he then had to have a garage to keep it, yet could barely make rent most weeks. The whole thing didn't make a lot of sense.
The real-world logic was that a toy company made an offer to Stan Lee: give your most popular heroes a vehicle, we'll make toys of them, and you'll get a cut. He agreed, and Spider-Man was one of the most popular, so Lee told the writers to work a vehicle into Spider-Man stories. The writers absolutely hated the idea, and made the thing pretty much a joke in the writing.
In-universe, a car company invented a zero-emissions engine and wanted to build a vehicle for Spider-Man to use to get them publicity, which Spider-Man admitted made no sense because the public was convinced he was a menace. He ended up changing his mind when the company offered him money and he needed the cash (as always), but absolutely hated the thing and discovered it was more of a nuisance than it was worth, and it was wrecked and written off shortly afterwards, returning occasionally as a joke.
