Got me. It's one of Samsung's default notifications. That whistle is a little annoying to say the least. We have 4 Samsung phones and I changed all of them.

Living? Hell, I caused that recreationally....too much angle grinder, not enough hearing protection. Now I always wear protection, but it's too late to do anything other than trying to keep the ringing from getting worse.
