Title status? Presumably plated in MD?
How foolhardy would one need to be to - purely hypothetically - drive it to Washington... state?
Regardless of the answers to those questions, seems like a ton of car for the money.

Clear title. Was plated in MD up until a couple days ago. Decided to pull the tags for now, I've had issues with insurance due to not having a garage. If it does not sell this year I will retag it in the spring and continue driving. I am just not a drag guy, and could use some cash for a couple two-wheeled projects.

A drive across the country would be risky. I've put about 500 street miles on it, the longest trip being around 45 miles. I can't say i'd want to do it, but nothing about the car tells me it wouldn't make it. Shipping might be a more appropriate method, at least for the sane folks (this is GRM though).

Thanks for the reply!

Very unique build, any reason besides cost you didn't go with a coyote 5.0 to stay in the ford family?

Any 1/4 mile times on it?

Crikey! That is a level of overkill that I strive to achieve

Thanks! Unfortunately I did not build this one, so I can't comment on the engine selection. The builder is big into LS motors, knows them quite well, so I imagine this impacted his choice. The only work I put into this car was cleaning up the interior, which needed some work.

Last owner claimed low 11's on the tine 225 ET streets. I know it has a ton more in it than that with some bigger rubber.

Thanks

In reply to SnowMongoose:

Looks like a fun project to finish but I wouldn't drive that. Biggest issue standing out is the front struts and how the inner fender (which gives these cars some good strength of front) was cut up on the passenger side for turbo room as well as the looks of how the camber plates were installed.

Interesting to use the SN95 front suspension. Wondering how hard it was to get the steering and everything else sorted. Seems like a huge improvement if properly done.

Thanks. Yes, a portion of the fender has been removed for the large snail. The cage does run through the firewall, alongside the engine, and into the core support. I imagine this should help with rigidity. Can't comment much on the camber plates, I'll have to take a closer look myself. Handling is definitely what you would expect from a straight line car, not great

All of the stuff I mentioned can be checked out / improved / made to work well on the street. Has me missing my '73.
