1981 Chevrolet Camaro C-Prepared autocross car, mine so totally affiliated

Body:
Glasstek 2” cowl induction lift off hood stock body panels, clearanced for tires, roll cage and exhaust. Lexan front windshield, stock glass rear window, no side windows. Doors are gutted, but are hinged and open normally. Trunk is hinged, held down with hood pins, 3-piece tall factory spoiler. 8-gal fuel cell, Holley blue fuel pump. Dual battery mounts in trunk. Optima batteries not included, sold to a buddy.

Interior: Kirkey Intermediate 20 degree layback aluminum seat with Kirkey cover. 5-point harness Comp Engineering 12-point roll cage, 1-5/8” tube diameter Auto Meter Tach with shift light, oil pressure, oil temperature, volts and water temperature gauges Painless Wiring switch panel and wiring harness, master cutoff switch MSD Streetfire ignition box, Pertronix ignition coil

Exhaust: Schonfeld part #180-2, 180 degree crossover SBC headers; 1-3/4” diameter, 3.5” collectors, titanium ceramic coating. 3.5” dual exhaust system, Magnaflow race mufflers, spiral baffle mufflers Exhaust is run through the firewall and over into the passenger door area, exits through lower rear part of door.

Borg-Warner ST-10, 2.64 First gear New bearings and gaskets, new countershaft gear (broken teeth on old one when I got it) 621 reproduction bellhousing Hydraulic throwout bearing, setup for Quarter Master 7.25” V-drive triple disc clutch. Wilwood pedal assembly, with Wilwood master cylinders

Front suspension: Original Camaro mounting points for upper and lower a-arms Howe Racing lower a-arms for coilovers, large ball joint (71-77 Impala ball joint) Lefthander Chassis upper control arms, 8.75” long with 1.25” ball joint offset for increased caster. Bilstein coilover shocks, 900 lb springs. Lefthander Wide 5 spindles, Wilwood Starlite Wide 5 hubs Wilwood 11.75” rotors, 1.25” wide, HD curved directional vanes, Wilwood Superlite 4-piston calipers, Hawk HP+ pads 1.125” front sway bar

Steering AGR 12:1 steering box, AN-6 fittings Coleman Racing 1.5:1 steering quickener, 13" Grant 3-spoke steering wheel with quick release.

Rear Suspension: 8.5” 10-bolt rear axle, Custom 3-link setup with panhard bar 4:30 Superior gears, Eaton TruTrac differential, Superior axles. 1998-2004 Blazer rear disc brakes 4wd brackets and calipers, 2wd rotors Bilstein coilover shocks, 400 lb springs

Wheels: 16x12” Real Racing Wide 5 wheels, 6” backspace front, 7” backspace rear Real Racing Wide 5 adapters on rear

Tires: Goodyear bias road race slicks, R250 compound. 25 autocross runs on them. 25 x 13 – 16” front tires 27 x 14 – 16” rear tires Also have an extra set of used Goodyear bias slicks, R430 compound

I have raced this car with Randy (a great guy) and it is stupid fun. If I wasn't already knee deep into my own CP Camaro, I'd snag this up. You can't build this car for that kind of money.
