Changing life circumstances makes keeping this car and giving it the attention it deserves a hard task. I've owned the car for 4 years now and it has gone through 4 full evolutions. When I say evolution I mean massive change.

Renting a shop space and continuing to develop the car is just too much. I've spent close to $40k so far. I'd let it go with everything RX7 related I have for $10k. That would include the new CIRO wing uprights and custom carbon fiber wing based on a NACA profile from STOL aircraft.

The car ate it's transmission, and I have a replacement for it.

Video of it from last year: Video

The exterior isn't beautiful - it needs a real paint job and rear flares. Hence the nickname "Quick and Dirty"

Drivetrain:

Mazda 13B bridge port 200+ WHP

Weber IDA with 48mm venturis

TII Transmission

9lb ACT flywheel

4 puck unsprung ACT clutch

TII Pressure plate

Quartermaster Carbon Fiber driveshaft

Ford 8.8 IRS diff with 5:14 gears and Eaton Trutrac LSD

Suspension:

AWR front strut housings

AWR camber plates

Bilstein HD front struts valved by Turner Motorsports

Tokico Illuminas in the rear

Heim joint suspension in the rear

Safety:

8 point roll cage including tube frame back half

New Aluminum ATL 16-gal fuel cell

New Cobra Sebring GT FIA seat

Racequip 6-point Harness FIA rating good for 3 more years

Wheels:

15x10 Arrow racing wheels

275/45-15 Hoosier A7s with plenty of life left

Misc:

Wilwood floormount pedal box with remote reservoirs

Longacre stepper motor guages with memory and multiple warning lights

MSD electronic ignition

Davies Craig EWP

Dual AFCO radiators

All plumbing done with AN fittings

Aeroquip lightweight hose used throughout

The car weighed 2,100lbs wet last year. It has gained a couple pounds with the new fuel cell and cage extensions. It should still be well under 2,200lbs. Last year it went 13.6 in the quarter mile with me having no clue how to drag race and on 4 year old bias play circle track tires.

Car has never had an off or any other serious off-track excursion. Straight as an arrow. It's easily the fastest car in P3 hillclimb class and has even more potential.

Could consider a package deal with my 24' enclosed trailer that was new last year.

I don't really have the words for this. Somewhere in between, "No! How dare you!" and "Yes! I really want this!"

If you end up keeping it and need to store it somewhere, I could probably arrange for you to keep it in my sisters barn next to my BMW. Its in Lunenburg. Room for 6 more cars as long as my brother in law stops buying crap from the restore place. First home nesting issues. At one point they had 4 or 5 kitchen table sets. In his defense, the house, the barn, the property are huge.

Depends on your state. I have headlights that can go back in it. Would need wipers I think and turn indicators wired in.
