What's with those wheels? They're clearly meant to be hidden under hubcaps. I knew you could get a Miata with steelies, but I did not know they offered full wheel covers. Are these from another car?

They look like second gen Rio steel wheels to me. I've always thought the missing holes were odd.
I really like that color, actually. Like Tom said, the auto is the only thing that kills it for me.

I had a Miata with factory steel wheels and they had chrome trim rings and center caps. No full wheel covers.
Factory Miata steel wheels (without trim rings):
Some people like the look. There's a 16" version off a Cobalt that looks pretty good. The owner of the above car likes steelies, and we've spent quite a bit of time looking for a 4x100 with the highest hole count to match what he's looking for.

Always freaks me out when i see my name on here, and then i realize ive played xbox with a lot of you.
I did the same white steel hole wheel thing on my 2 for the winter rubber. I don't have a tan interior or automatic though.

Ha. I wrote it without really thinking. Sorry to contribute to a freakout.
mndsm wrote: Is it wrong that the deal killer is the auto and not the rest of the hideous bullE36 M3?
Nope, for once I agree with you. I'm a frequent Auto defender on here, but a 1.6L NA with Auto could loose a drag race to a 2CV I think.
I'd rock the exterior and hit the interior with some leather and fabric dye.

Showed my 7 year old and he said cool. Is it bad that I agreed with him?
It's like an overgrown 8-bit Hot Wheels. I can get behind the look, I suspect the owner has a sense of humor.
The guy with the primrose car and the tan interior may have a colorblindness problem.

You call that color primrose? I call it barf.

Maybe I ought to go get my eyes checked. I like everything except the transmission.

Craigslist be like "CSP", which, I'm sure, is what it is (see that CSP-legal rear spoiler?).
