1997 Audi A4 (mine, selective part out) in CT

Well I have ties to this car I can't seem to break. Owned by a friend #1, sold to another friend's #2 brother, I bought it off him, then later sold it to friend #2, then bought it back last year. 
 

So now I'm going to keep it and do something with it. Not exactly sure what yet.  No matter what it involves swapping engines and gutting the interior. 
 

So all that is for sale. Catalytic converters already gone. 

Color of interior? Leather or fabric? Sport suspension or non sport? 1.8T or 2.8?

Tan/Beige interior. Leather. Seats worn, cracking but no outright rips and padding showing.
