Apparently the surest way for my company to move me into a new truck is for me to buy and install airbags on my current truck. Got word yesterday that my new truck will be at the shop Monday, thus beginning my routine of pulling all of the stuff I installed on current truck.
For sale from 2 iterations of this:
5,000lb air bag kit from my 2021 F-150 4wd, used for approximately 0 trips with air. Got them in March of this year, installed probably sometime in April, soaped the joints and realized through some troubleshooting that the fitting on one of the bags itself was leaking. Got a warranty replacement, summer/kids/life happened and it never got installed. So includes one brand new bag. Kit is complete, but dirty. Etrailer.com (where I purchased) says it fits 21-25 F150 2wd or 4wd.
Paid $400+ for kit plus tee, would like to get $200 if possible.
Next up, the 2,000lb kit from my '20 F150. I only put 39k on that work truck, total, and don't recall when I put the bags on, but not day one, so less than 30k miles under the truck. Will have to look around for the air lines and Tee fitting, but may not find that. Etrailer says it fits '15-'20 F-150, 2wd or 4wd.
Paid ~$300 for that one. Ideally get $150.
