I think it's a megashifter but it might be the sport shifter.  It's one of those 2.  It's not in front of me right now to be 100% certain.  I seem to recall it having the "T" to lift to shift, so I'm pretty sure it's the mega shifter.

All the blazer bits are gone, as is the TPI motor.

The shifter is a B and M Megashifter. 
The cavalier seats are from a late 90s cavalier Rally sport coupe and say "rally sport" on the head rests.

All items are now in Chicago proper on the north side
