I read the book "Franklin Barbecue-A Meat Smoking Manifesto" and built myself a meat smoker using all the knowledge I learned. Then I realized that I have a Camaro to build and this thing is way too fancy for me, so I'm selling it before even using it one time. The firebox is 1 inch thick and insulated, the grill cover has a seal all the way around to keep the smoke in and the grilling surface is 19"x 29" and removable for cleaning. There is a flat plate on top of the firebox for frying things or keeping food warm and the wheels are on bearings for easy moving around. It has an actual brass bell for telling everybody the food is ready and the grill cover can be latched down. I can deliver it to Lincoln, Nebraska at end of May or early September when I come for racing. $3400 USD.
