Wide model 4119. Not brand new, but in very good shape. No rips or stains to speak of. Does have some scratches on side/bottom from install/removal.
$1200 with set of RaceTech side mounts. Was $2k new, side mounts were another $100 or so. Located in VA.

Don't need it right this second, and between leftover stock seats and three other "race" seats, I'm plumb out of room.
