Stretched ZR2 frame, with axles

I bought this when I thought I was going to use the axles under a s10 blazer that I had bought. 
 

I have since sold the blazer. 
 

I think the rear axle is the 8.5" ring gear 10 bolt.

That is a good deal.  The rear axle is a 8.5, you can tell by the stepped axle tubes after they come out of the center section.  Do you know how wide the rear axle is, where the wheels mount? Usually the ZR2 is wider, just curious on how much compared to my S10 2WD.

Thanks for the measurement.  That is a good bit wider than the 54" my truck has. At least I know not to get a ZR2 axle.

You could probably sell the axle for more, but then you'd have to get rid of the frame still.  I think the ZR2 8.5/8.6 is usually the least in demand S10 8.5", due to the width, but there is still some demand.  It is probably also the most common width.  2WD ones are kind of hard to find, and regular 4WDs, I don't know if I have ever seen.

Not real sure on either. I think most all zR2 came factory posi, but I don't know that for sure. 
 

I don't know on the gear ratio.  Next time I am out in the barn I will check to see if there is a tag on the axle but I don't think there is.
