Looking for a set of 4x100 15x7s for the Saturn. Don't really care what they look like, just want them to be able to hold a slightly bigger tire than my 14x6s. I'm in Glasgow, Kentucky. Willing to travel a reasonable distance.

I was curious about compatibility so I usedthis site which is a little clunky but I got the info.
Your Saturn is 4x100 but has a center bore of 57.1 mm
I then compared it to all the other 4x100 stock wheels and got these answers:
Seems that the popular other brand alloys will not fit on your car. If their center bores were larger than that space could be absorbed by a center bore adapter. However, if you need the bore larger than we are taking shaving off metal and some heavy tools.
But...
The site states that your Saturn SL is the same center bore as 03-07 Saturn Ion and 05-08 Chevy Cobalt. Any self respecting junkyard in the world will have either and Ion or a Cobalt on hand. It should be very easy to find a set of 15"ers in either steel or alloy from these models. There are also 16"ers on these two models.
for what it's worth, the 4x100 VW cars were 57.1 hub bore as well.
Most of the factory 4x100 VW cars had 14's, which doesn't help, but you can at least be sure that if you find a 4-lug VW with 15"+ wheels on it, that the hub bore is large enough to be compatible.

Don't I have to have a cage to run slicks? Also the slicks aren't DOT and therefore Gastropod legal. I appreciate the offer though.
Adding on to what others found.
I found a cool website that lists cars by bolt pattern, and then I took their data and put it in an Excel table and filtered it through cars with the same hub size and wheel stud size as the Saturn S series. Here's the results, and it looks like Neon wheels could be another match. (Or cheap tuner wheels off somebody's wrecked Neon, as the case may be.)

All of those other cars are also 6" wide wheels. In that case its probably easier just to get Saturn alloys (15x6, 4x100, 57.1mm, 50mm offset), which are reasonably not-super-heavy, and insanely common in junkyard.
That said, a 40mm offset or so will leave you more room for camber.
Also, did I read something wrong, or are you brining an SL1 to the challenge?
Most 15x7 aftermarket wheels will work, just leave out the centering rings, or buy the correct ones. There should be something show up on Facebook or Craigslist for $150, or less. You can also open up the bore of wheels with a 2.25" hole saw to get 57 mm.
If you find aluminum wheels with too small center bore you can use a flush cutting router bit with a bearing on it to open them up.
Search for "4x100", "Miata wheels", "MINI Cooper wheels", "15x7", "16x7". I can normally find something cheap on our local sites. How far are you willing to drive?

If I can be there and home in a single day I'm willing to go there for this purpose.

Aftermarket rims are made with a generally very large centerbore so that they fit in multiple applications. The remaining space is then filled with hubcentric rings to fill in that space and keep the wheels riding correctly on the hub and not riding on the lugs.
As an example, hubcentic rings are $5.99 on Amazon. It is money well spent.
I have a set of aftermarket wheels in 15X7 inch that I used on my VW race car. I bought them for the tires mounted on them and once the tires wore out I got rid of the tires and stored the wheels. I'd sell them for $25 each.
I can get near $20 a wheel scrap value.
The problem is I'm heading overseas later today for 2 weeks.
If you haven't found what you need by then get back to me after the 18th of Sept.
I'm south of Chicago.
whats the budget? If you are going to pony up for anything aftermarket, go straight to 15x8s. They are kind of the sweet spot for those cars.

An SL actually. Plan B car.
*shudder* Is there a prize for slowest drag time without a mechanical failure?
In reply to ProDarwin :
I sure hope so. Looking at going for half budget if I follow through with this so cheap as possible. I think I may end up hunting for Cobalt steel wheels.

Crap, these are still available. I wanted them the first go around. You're in Va. , right?
Edit, WEST Va. Anyone headed through there along I-75 for the challenge up for a relay?
I'm near Knoxville TN.
Double edit: Tdrrally: Price? I promise to not be a hassle.
Also, to OP, sorry for thread-jack.

No problem man. Those are cool I just can't use them right now. I completely understand the want.
I have a set of 4x100 16x7.5 +35 offset up here in Mount Washington that you're welcome to for $100. The tires are junk. These are the actual ones I have:
I also have the stock wheels from my old MX-3 GS. They're 15x6s and have no tires. I'll take $50 for the set of 4 if you want them. They look like these:
