So finally got an hour or so to work on my project Miata; have been taking rear suspension all apart and freshening up. Just trying to get back to a usable state before deciding if I want to drop $$ into it for coilovers so was planning on some new Sensen shocks and stock springs. Drivers side back together; moved on to passengers. Got control arms cleaned/painted, new bushings ready to go back in. Grab the spring compressor to swap in the new shock when I discover...my passenger rear spring has the bottom coil broken off...$&%#!
Sooo....anybody have a rear spring for a '95 Miata laying about for a fair price?? I know the spring rate might not perfectly match and I'm not sure what color paint dot these had but I figure they should all be pretty close. Clearly anything will be better than a broken one!
Thanks guys!
I think I have a full set of either '95 or '96 springs out in the barn. I think they are different between the two years though. I'll try to check it out tomorrow.
I'm pretty sure that I used the '96 springs, so the '95 springs should be out there.

Anybody else? Woody must not have found any.
Sorry, haven’t forgotten about you. I’ll get out there today.
Wait...standby...those might be NB springs. I think there's another set of springs around here. I'll keep looking.

In reply to Woody :
Is the difference between NA and NB that NA’s have flattened/closed loops on both ends and NB have one open and one closed?
For ID purposes, yes. Free length is also different.
Sorry, I can't find those 95 springs. Not sure what happened to them. I do have a set of tophats for the 2000s if you want to give those a try.

In reply to Woody :
Would the 2000 springs with NB top hats work with my shocks?
No. The perch on the shock is different.
