I've been looking with no luck for two studs: 3/8 - 16 X 3/8 - 24 X 4 1/2" long. Some folks have then in inch increments, but If it's case hardened or something I don't want to mess with rethreading. I did find one in Titanium, wicked expensive and I don't know that the mechanical properties are the same.
Please RSVP or shoot me a PM is you find any, two required.

Dan, do they absolutely need to have different threads on each end?
What is the application for this stud? Cuz I can have my machinist make one for you but I need to know what kind of use it's going to be for to let him know
I went looking, but they maxed out at 2 1/2 inches. Can you do a 3/8-24 male to 3/8-16 female and add a long set screw or all-thread? That would leave a hex chunk in the middle. I don't know if you have clearance for that.
Deadskunk:
Never thought of that. One end screws into the block and the other has a nut & washer to hold down the intake and exhaust manifolds.
Dusterbd-13:
These are exhaust manifold studs. Unlike cars you've seen, these manifolds go up over the top of the engine with the intake and carb in the middle. If the end that screws into the block is 3/8-16 I can go with 16 tpi on each end. Don't want to mess with retapping the block.
Top of the block is busy looking.

From a LaSalle website , I think they're 25-30 lb-ft.
Awesome. Ill talk to tony when I get back to the shop and see what he says
Torque specs are on page 77, didn't see a listing. Does that qualify an a "UAS" you see on blueprints? "Unless Otherwise Specified" apply .010 radii, that kind of thing.
What about this place.........Facebook.......Terrell Machine in Deleon, Texas. I gleaned their name from a post on the Cadillac-LaSalle club website.
Edit: Try military vehicle restoration sites. The Cadillac flatheads were used in WWII military equipment.....I think they actually powered tanks.
Look up a Dorman double-ended stud 675-008. It's 4.8" long, but I'm sure it could be shortened if needed. The fine thread is the long end.

Spec for intake/exhaust bolts is shown as 25-30 in there.
The one above has a waiting list, BUT the 3/8 - 16 goes into the block so my search just got a bunch easier!!
3/8-16 X 4 1/2" = $2.41 each, McMaster Carr. Bought 8.
