Anybody else get Forza4 yet?

So. I tried this last night with a Maserati that has flat paint. It had 3 different factory matte paint options, blue, black, and a cream color.

I bought a matte black Maserati. First thing I noticed was when I went to change the manufacturer color of the car, the matte blue turned out shiny, and the matte cream turned out shiny, and there were 2 matte black colors available that looked the same.

Tried to paint a few different cars by selecting the matte color from the "previous colors" pallette. They all just turned out shiny gray. I has a sad.

I finally got out of just the World Tour (which I really, really like!) and started going off of the Events List. Still fun! I ended up with a Ram SRT10 as my last car, painted my 240Z Lime Green Metallic (with a black hood and bronze Panasport-style wheels), and built a stupid insane FC RX-7 (before I figured out that you can swap in the 3-rotor Furai motor!!!! ).

I've decided that if I successfully sell off one of my other hobbies for the money I want I'm buying a brandy-new XBOX so I can play Live with y'all and stop "borrowing" my buddy's...

I'm gonna change over to the tgrm garage/group. The guys I'm with now are all about R1 cars and cars with uber amounts of HP. I like A600 and B500 cars!

I'm finding that I'm spending a lot of time in rivals mode. I posted a top 100 time last night. It may not last for long since it was 97th, but dammit I can say I had a top 100 time.

I posted one today for the Sebring Short Track Day that was 24th overall. I had SO MANY problems with ai tonight in track days. I must have spent 40 mins trying to set the fastest time on Sunset. I've never seen so many cars on their roofs, or had so many ai cars move over three lanes on the banking to hit me...

Yeah I find the toughest thing to do in track days is getting the clean lap.

I hate watching my rivals car ghost right through the three wide pack in a corner in front of me. Everyone should have the same traffic, otherwise, it's extremely subjective to compare their lap times.

Damn, I got down to 8th last night. I'll be on again tonight.

My 97th was that same track day at Sebring. When I was on last night I had fallen to 109th. I'll be on later tonight, there are more rivals events I haven't posted a time for yet plus a couple I need to clean up my lap times on.

I wish you could leave a comment with the cars you drop in the shared garage... it'd be nice to have some insight as to why the car is built/tuned the way it is from the person who did it.

I was thinking that before. i.e. the King Cobra I dropped in there is tuned to drift. JUST PUTTIN' IT OUT THERE PEOPLE!

Yes, the caps just happened.

The one C or D class '65 Mustang seems like it was built for drifting as well.

Good news. But...I dont think there is any car on that list that I absolutely MUST have.

I am more excited for the free launch DLC cars that I havent been able to download yet.

Any idea if the LCE/VIP buyers get these packs free? We got the Muscle Cars one from October, but it was on the disc.

I think you either have to buy them individually or get the season pass.

Ive gotta play more.. Ive only broken #190 so far.

Right now, BF3 is distracting me... We gonna play sunday night?

is bf3 worth it? the beta sucked. And i'm debating getting the season pass.
