Can't play GT6 because of an IP ban. :(

I'm just frustrated and looking to rant. Apparently Comcast has instructions to fix it somehow? Anyone ever run into this? I'm seriously considering taking my PS3 to the used games shop and switch back to a 360 and Forza.
