After years of chatter about it, only to get lost in the shuffle, the classic Touring Cars of the 1980s and 90s are finally a reality.
I know this is on TORA, and some of you have reservations about racing there, but I can reassure you that things have changed, especially on teh Forza 4 front, as many of those that you may have taken issue with have moved on to FM5 by now. This may have created smaller fields, but has also created an overall friendlier and more accessable environment for race day.

I can't get the Alfa to fit within those parameters of hp, weight, and PI.
There is a build that fits the rules, but I don't have the DLC on my console... so I am relying on others' input on it.
You have to use the sport or race weight reduction to get it under 3k lbs. If you use either of those, you hit 530pi well before you hit 300hp.
Are you sure you did the RWD convo?
Didn't see where that was required for the Alfa, just the Volvo.
Volvo stays FWD, Alfa and Skyline go RWD. Then (I think) everything "fits" well into a tidy little window for BoP.
Edit: Now I see...It seems that the pluses and asterisks got blurred on the site.
The Alfa and Nissan go RWD, the Volvo stays FWD. The rear wing on the Benz MUST be deleted, while the Ford and Nissan stock rear wings are optional.
This sounds cool as hell. I'm in for a Sierra if I can get the tv on needed nights.
Edit: just saw the race times are 2pm for me, I'm not gonna make those at all. Ill build a couple though so if we are on casually and run there.
Yeah, I didn't pay much attention to the time either. Maybe we can do a 'mirrored' series for the GRM'ers on Tuesday nights.
Sorry about the Eurocentric time for the series guys, but if the first round is any indication, I really think you guys would have a blast running your own series with these cars.
Best quote from a competitor: "Evenly matched but not at all easy to drive. Makes for brilliant racing"
