Got it for my son and have messed with it a bit and so far it is lots of fun. I like the spiderman aspect of it and the wing suit and parachute parts are lots of fun. This combined with the general mayhem you can cause lots of fun.

Yep. Can confirm. Just cause series is a lot or fun to hop on and just start blowing stuff and people up. 
The new DLC that gives you the bavarium jetpack adds even more fun to the mix.
The time I've spent with it so far is fun, but repetitive. If you love blowing stuff up, this is the game for you.
