Came across a mid 50s Superlux for sale. Not too bad of a price. Seems almost all the spares are in Germany. I think some 50s BMW bits are the same, though. Group thoughts?

Unless you’re talking about small parts that both manufacturers would have purchased from the same supplier, there is likely zero parts interchangeability between BMW and NSU of that period.
Don't forget that buying parts in Germany has the added fun that most companies there don’t accept credit cards and want to be paid by bank transfer.
We have one in the family. Parts state side are SOL but there's a fair amount available in Germany. Been a while since i searched for anything for it but 5-8 years ago most the sites were not available in English making it difficult but with todays web i'd think it be easyer..
