It is a KTM 530 EXC built by Emil Weber in Switzerland. He retained the frame, swingarm, and shortened the stock fork. The aesthetics of this bike really appeal to me.
If it had traditional spoked 17" wheels (instead of 17" modern ones) like the second bike, a slightly bigger headlight, and a little hugger front fender it would be perfect! The tank and tail section are custom, and I really like the simple shape and proportions. I tend to like slightly taller, more square up top tanks with knee cutouts rather than the heavily sloped or teardrop tanks. I also like the simple smallish high cafe style tail section with the monoshock. Really low, no-rear-travel or really short bobbed ones look funny to me.
