Harbor Freight bike carrier. I paid a little over $100 with a 20% off coupon.
So far I love it. Very stable, lightweight, good strap points (although I had to drill the holes out a little to use my large straps), nice not to have to worry about a trailer.
The crooked piece in the first pic in the ramp. I had already released it before taking the pic.
I've got about 600 miles of hauling with it so far and no issues.
Before this I used a 5x8 trailer, which I still use if I have to haul two bikes.
Also I have to plug my $1150 Suburban. 301k miles and still going strong.
What's the weight capacity on one of those? Could you use it for a small motorcycle?

It's rated for 400lbs. Here is the one I have: http://www.harborfreight.com/400-lb-receiver-mount-motorcycle-carrier-99721.html
How about an updated review?
Need to get one, just haven't decided which brand yet.
Carrier is still doing great. Zero problems. A buddy of mine also reacently bought one after he saw mine in action a few times. At this point I've probably got around 1500 miles using it.....I really really like it.
I don't get it. Where are you guys getting canoe/spam whatever from in my thread? I'm posting about something that has been useful to me and I've been a member for several years, so no canoe here.
I believe there was a canoe and Tom made it dissapear alltogether.
ahh that makes sense. thanks.
