The approch to the stone/dirt/wood jumps around 2:26 are insane. Very impressive display of skills. Some of those stairs look as steep as they really are (look at the angle of the railings). I wonder how many times they can pre-run the course to simply remember--even with all the tape, the course. Wonder if he's a local or a pro? If he's not a pro, he needs an agent.
