Oh yeah, I catch E36 M3 from Harley pricks because it's a girls bike and I catch E36 M3 from ever other prick because it's a Harley. But it's my overpriced, underperforming, dinosaur of a girls bike and I love it so keep flapping your gums it don't make me no mind

My buddy rides a 1983 FXR. It's light, handles well, has lots of power and won't shake your fillings loose.

Apparently, they didn't sell well because they're not a "real" Harley.

Truth be told, I like HD's electric better than the others I've seen. One would hope the dealer network doesn't have an attitude problem when it comes time to have it serviced.

I have no dog in this fight, I just don't understand how people pay more or equal amounts of money for something that does not perform as well. Rob R.

The bowling company bought the Motor Company, then quality went to E36 M3, worse than it was. A bunch of employees had had enough and bought it back. Quality slowly went up. A new factory was built, a few miles from the original factory.

I rode one on the rollers, tonight. The noise it makes is artificial. I like the noise my Harley makes, but I for sure wouldn't want an electric bike to make the God-awful whine this thing makes.

Do you mean that the sound isn't what you think a motorcycle should sound like or that the sound it makes is actually reproduced like those goofy things you plug into a dorky appliance car to make it sound like a V8.

If it's the latter, count me out. Fake is lame.

It's a high pitched whine, like very poorly meshed plastic gears; think cheap R/C car. The friend I was with knew someone in the development department, and he said it was noise, for the sake of making noise. Boo.

That sucks.

At least that makes it a "real" Harley then.

Maybe someone will make a "quiet" gear kit for it.

I think it has something to do with the motor design. On that note, what type are they using(didn't see if it was an Agni or a type of brushless)
