That's not a leak.
It's the "dynamic chassis lubrication system" and has been a valuable feature on Harleys for years.
If it makes you feel better, you're in the company of many great motorcycles. Triumphs, Nortons, Indians, BSA's, even my lowly Honda GL650 all seep a little oil.

Awesome looking bike! Congrats. I need to make a thread about my recent bike purchase as well. Stay tuned.
Forward controls are great, I recommend!
Did a little bit of customizing to it.
Shaved the reflectors of the front forks and from under the center of the rear fender. Also dropped the mirrors down below the handle bars.
The low mirrors look cool, but won't your hands get in the way of them? I see bar-end mirrors in your future.
Not at all. I can actually see behind me now, instead of just looking at my arms and shoulders.
Looks great! Are those reflectors just stuck on with tape? I was thinking of pulling mine off this wknd as well. I've been meaning to flip the mirrors too...
Thanks to Ryca Motors, the idea of a Sporty has grown on me.

Double sided tape. Mine came of easily but if yours has been on for a couple years it may be a little more difficult?
Looking good man!
I'm a huge fan of bar end mirrors, they actually let you see something other than your biceps.

holy christ that is lovely.
my friend Ryan an I have had a hardon for these 883s for a while now.
Absolutely the perfect harley in my opinion (maybe thats why the fatboy riders hate on em? )
