Identify me a bike.

Was driving yesterday, and saw a motorcycle. Weird, right? This one seemed odd to me though. Was definitely a cruiser bike, or had been made up to be one. The part that got me was the rear plastics though. They were wedge shaped, and went down towards where a radiator would be on a liquid cooled, behind the front wheel. They were silver in color, at least on this bike. They appeared to cover a good portion of the rear end/swingarm, but the rear wheel was visible? Very futuristic, almost robocop looking. I'd say it was a true custom, but given where I saw it, this guy doesn't have the chops to run that sorta glass work. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

it may or made not have actually had one, I'm not sure. It's just the direction the wedge was pointing.

So far, the Rune appears to be the closest. It's not right, but it's sorta like that. I tried to go spy the bike again today, no luck. The part that's throwing me is the front end of the rune appears to be too wide for what I saw. the rear section seems to be close, but the front is all wrong. Maybe i need more sleep.
