I have stumbled across two Kawasaki Concours for sale for what seems like a steal:

Does anyone have any experience with them? They look like they would be a nice complement to my K100 RS . . .

Hopefully this link will work: ADV search for "Concours"
I don't know much other than they seem to be rated quite highly. If they were a little less fairing'd up I'd consider one for myself, but I'm a naked bike kind of guy.

Good chance . . . send me a message and we will talk.
I did a bunch of homework on them a while back (AADD, MADD?). The big complaint is buzzing through the handlebars. Lots of fixes out there for that, some claim they "tried everything" with no luck getting rid of the buzzing.
Apparently pretty top heavy with a full tank too. Lots of "When you drop your Connie..." comments out there.
No actual experience myself - just sharing.
I looked at them a while back as well. They were produced, basically unchanged, for a very long time. That means tons of support, parts, and loyal fans out there. Nothing too sexy, just a good solid performer that has a good blend of power, comfort, and touring ability.

Probably not. Dangerously likely to cause you to end up selling the BMW.
A friend of mine had one. They don't hold up well in a deer strike.

There's a quote that we can copy and paste into ANY bike thread.
I researched them, almost bought one until a smoking deal on an R-1150 come along. I sold my K-100rs for it.
Buzzing is cause by the inline 4, but that engine's been around forever! What's not to like? Reliable, comfy for two, lots of bolt ons and marketable if you decide to sell it.

Thank God for Harley-Davidson. Had that been one of my earlier sportbikes....well, you could guess. The big girl took it with ease. Amazing. Didn't even twist the forks. Could have been worse. Trying to stop shaking.....
Was this the 6-cyl? If so, I believe they had overheating issues resulting in vapor lock. Very fuzzy memory on that.
