I don't want the other keys on a keyring to scratch the chrome around the keyhole, so I tend to have the motorcycle's key all alone. But, it's so small that it's easy to misplace once off the bike. I am looking for a way to keep my keys together and harder to loose, without scratching.
You'd think thousands of bikers would need the same thing, but I can't find any solutions out there. What do you guys use, if anything?
Clear-shield around the keyhole?

Because we don't have keyrings on our key......not that it matters as the entire around my ignition is black.
I tie a short length of shoestring on the bike key. this can be looped through the keyring. It works
got my wide on one of these -
you didn't say what bike it is.
If it really bugs you there is always this option - Keyless
This amazing new product from Digital Guard Dawg completely eliminates your bikes Ignition Switch and makes the need for using a Key a thing of the past! How do you keep the forks from locking without the key?

Take the key out in "Off" instead of "Lock"
