These bikes have a sinister low rpm lope to them anyways.....I'll happily make that a bit worse. Oddly enough, even with this being a carbon can.....it might be heavier than stock.
Complete opposite for my bike, cans are almost 20 pounds combined. cat converter was 13 pounds. so slip ons would be a huge weight saving for me

. After I get some slip ons my bike will be around 440-450 with a tank full of mid grade and a crank case full of motul. As listed when I bought it was 480 wet. night and day difference in how it boogies

Yours might be made out of that.......mine is pimpy titanium. I have already started watching for titanium headers from Akra/Muzzy/Arrow to put in front of this can.....I think the header saves a pound or two. Stainless headers add more weight than their power increase can make up for oddly.
Well, I got an awesome little box direct from Arrow yesterday........which allowed this.
I don't have a street fire or YouTube account to upload a video clip of the sound, but it sounds like concentrated pure evil........
Also, required removing the rear passenger pegs due to clearance issues......don't mind about that, riding 2 up on this thing is sketchy at best anyways.
nice to see onther .net'er here!clean looking bike. lots of good info on that site i highly recommend getting some calipers for that thing...the gen 1 zx10r so fast even the brakes cant stop it... supposedly the most insurance claimed on bike ever, short wheelbase wicked midrange and first real liter bike

Yep, I snagged this from a guy local to me there on zx10r.net
And eventually I'm going with zx14 brakes. I was running Ferodo track pads and it stopped pretty well(no stoppies)
