I think eBay is your best source for those parts. They should be pretty easy to come by, then ebay off what is on there now. Take some pics with it set up on the bike now for the auction.
Now, you say "foot clutch." What exactly do you mean? A "foot clutch" is a clutch pedal that pivots to the on/off positions. That is, you can put it in clutch disengaged, take your foot off and it will stay that way. Old Pans, Knuckles, Flat heads, etc., came set up with that and a tank shift. A "suicide clutch" is a clutch pedal that is spring loaded and only stays disengaged while your left foot presses it down. Choppers in the 60's started doing that with a jockey shift (shifter down on the left side.) I really don't see how a jockey shift could be easily set up on a Sportster. And a foot clutch would be pretty difficult to implement as well, but a suicide clutch wouldn't be too hard to do. Anyway, take some pics and post them. I'd like to see what he did. I saw a guy at Sturgis with some type of jap "cuirser." He didn't have a right hand. He had a dual master cylinder on the right foot side that ran both front and rear brakes, and a throttle on the left handlebar.
