Looking for a (IIRC) 6 1/2" diameter headlight for my street tracker project, they were common on 1970's vintage dual sport bikes. Again IIRC, the Yamahas were the most common bikes to have the type I'm looking for. Like this DT1:
Need the whole thing; bucket, chrome or stainless ring, glass, etc. I'd really like one that's H4 bulb capable rather than sealed beam. Color not important (that's what paint is for!), but not really wanting the kind that had speedometers etc mounted in them.
My Honda has one even smaller than that, but it is sealed beam.

I used one off a Buell M2 on my Nighthawk (check my garage), nice piece, h4 bulb, and they tend to go for about $40 on ebay.
I'd look at one of the Harley accessory houses, like http://www.jpcycles.com Those places sell all kinds of small headlights. The ones from early 70s enduros probably aren't going to be very powerful, if you intend on riding at speed at night.
I figured the early 5 3/4" enduro lights wouldn't be real powerful, but it's not hard to adapt a H4 lens assembly to them, giving me a whole bunch of choices. I saw several of the 5 3/4" custom assemblies which usually have a almost cone shaped 'bucket' but I was hoping to find the round back setup. Oh, well: I'll probably wind up with one of the cone shaped ones, I guess I'll have to sandblast the chrome off and paint it to match the rest of the bike.
