Heading to Maine with my son and daughter on Wednesday, have looked at doing the ferry from Bar Harbor to Yarmouth, but unless I stay two nights, there's not much time to sightsee after I get there. Trying to decide if there's anything in the Yarmouth area worth seeing, or if I'm better off, driving to somewhere from Bar Harbor and letting them experience Canada, eh? They've never been to another country, got our passports after our vacation last year, but at $700 for the round-trip ferry to Yarmouth, trying to figure out if that money is better spent going somewhere else.
