Are there any "toy hauler" style trailers, but with enough space for a car, say 16' or so? I regularly see great deals on used examples that have 10-12' garage spaces, but wonder if there is any chance of something used popping up that I could carry an E46 in and have a place to sleep.
Also, realize that it wouldn't be too hard to outfit any ole enclosed trailer with some insulation, a mini split and a bunk. And maybe that makes more sense?

As far as the ones that are commercially available, I haven't found one... I looked high and low and couldn't find one that would even support a Miata. I was looking at bumper pulls and 5th wheels in the under $50k range, nothing older than about 2005.

Seems to me that a 28-30ft enclosed with heavy axles would be the right starting point for bumper pull, but I swear I find "toyhaulers" in that size cheaper than enclosed trailers with no living quarters. Weird to me.
Work and Play by Forrest River. The new ones seem to be more like regular travel trailers but the "older" ones are legit car trailers. My friend has one and it is an absolute beast, he hauls a full size Camaro in it. His is a fifth wheel with a Queen bed over the front and then there is a King that comes down from the ceiling in the car area and 2 Jack knife sofas in the back too.
Here is one that is for sale so you get the idea.

In reply to NY Nick :
May need to look to the larger 5er because the bumper pull one that you linked has a cargo area a few inches shorter than an NA Miata is long, plus the difference between the dry weight and GVWR is only about 3800lbs.

I think they have a very active but private FB group. May want to check into that.
