Infiniti gave us an all-new QX55 for 2022. Which one is that? It’s the SUV that’s not huge but not tiny. You know, the one with the sloped rear window.

Other than the giant grille logo–sorry, not a fan of that current trend–I dig it.
It’s the right size, has great seats and offers logical controls. The gauges are clear and just easy to follow–not always the norm in today’s market.
You don’t need to read the owner’s manual before operating the shifter. More proof that the traditional PRNDL just works.
The touch points feel upmarket–things like the center console, door armrests and the like. The stitching on the dash looks just right.
On the road, it’s quiet and quick enough. This doesn’t feel like a CVT. You sure this is a CVT, Nissan?
Size, at least for the two of us–well, two of us plus the dog–is just right. Rear seat room is plenty for two.
Does the shape of the rear glass compromise carrying room? Maybe a bit, but it didn’t bug me.
Genesis has raised the bar for higher-end Asian vehicles, but Infiniti, you have made noticeable improvements of late.
