I liked that quite a bit better than the 1st gen car.
When it came to the Nissan Juke, you either loved it as a quirky compact SUV or you hated it as an ugly hatchback that sat too high in the air. Even with the warmer Nismo and Nismo RS versions, the Juke never seemed to catch on like it did in other places in the world.
Case in point: Meet the newly revealed-for-Europe, second-generation Nissan Juke. Underneath this new Juke sits the same CMF-B platform that also carries Reanult's fifth-generation Clio.
So far, we haven’t heard any plans to send this new Juke stateside.
As far as powertrains, only one engine is available so far: a 1.0-liter, turbocharged inline-three said to be capable of 115 horsepower and 148 lb.-ft. of torque. Buyers can opt for either a six-speed manual or a seven-speed, dual-clutch transmission.
Does this new Clio-based Juke make you wish it would come our way to North America, or are you happy that its "quirky" styling is dead and gone?

6 speed manual with Renault's 1.3 gas inline-four turbo (rated at 157 hp & 199 lbf-ft in top spec) please and make it look more like the Clio it's based on;
if it comes stateside, I doubt we will see the 1 litre engine. More likely the 1.3 or something bigger from the current nissan stable. Or they will boost it

We're not getting the base engine but the "big" engine. LOL that seems funny when I think about it.
