The engine cleaned up nice and it took about 3 hours to tear it down the measure up and document tolerances on the crank shaft journals, con rods, cylinder bores etc.
It’s been previously rebuilt using .020 bearing material and although it looks good the crank shaft should be cleaned up to accept .030 material. The cylinder bores are in excellent shape and will only need a light hone.
The head has been previously cut and it looks like they went a little further than I would have done. I’m definitely running 94 octain or higher in this baby.
