My Brother In law still drives a slant-back (i dont know the official name). I love the huge space in the back, and the front trunk!
Nice ride! My mom went through 3 of these in the early 80's, a pale yellow, baby blue, and safety orange. They were cool cars.
the varient, or squareback as it is called in the states (Varient is too close in name to the valiant) is one of my favourite aircooled VWs...
