So far I’ve done the following (during my spring break week): - new pirelli tires - total wheel and hub rebuilds, bearings, seals, brake calipers, rotors, pads - rebuilt transmission servos and valve body - all filters changed - valve timing adjusted - instrument lighting converted to high power LEDs (too bright at the moment) - new pioneer head unit (partially wired in) Plans include: - new paint and bodywork - possible veggie oil conversion - rear subframe and suspension replacement (already purchased, just need to find time) - decent stereo system….nothing earth-shaking, just good sound for an audiophile - driving this car for the next 20 years or so! Hopefully I can get this car back on the road. I drove it home with almost no brakes (wouldn’t recommend!!), opened them up and found that all but one caliper was frozen. As soon as I get that last caliper and rotor on I will be driving this daily. More updates to come! It’s not exactly a race car, but its my ride.
