The Nelson family, known for bringing some of the fastest and most innovative cars to the $2000 Challenge, has just officially entered with their turbocharged, LS-powered, front-wheel-drive Eagle Talon.
Think you have them beat? Registration is open for the $2000 Challenge.
Since beginning the project in early March, not only have they dropped in a turbocharged LS V8, they also widened the front track, installed a roll cage, added a trick four-speed shifter, and painted the car a bright shade of green.
The Nelsons have brought fast cars to the $2000 Challenge before, and they plan on being there again this fall with their latest build.
