If I'm not mistaken, you might have a kid on the way? Possibly quite soon? Your first?
I'll be ecstatic to welcome you to the group of "fathers who are also challenge racers" but let me also say it will most likely have an impact much greater than you are expecting. p.s. I realize this is the trash talk thread but this post is in no way meant to be trash talk.
In reply to Robbie (Forum Supporter) :
HAHA i appreciate it. i didnt take it as trash talk. I understand i have a little bundle of unknown and full expect it to rob me of time working on the cars. Luckily for me, my wife is a stay at home mom and we have a pretty decent game plan going into it. Granted i know those plans are bound to change, because of the whole unknown aspect, but im opimistic.
She potentially will be the youngest Challenge attendee lol. She was there this year in the womb, and next year in a stroller lol

AWESOME!

Remember that the smell test is always safer than peeking by pulling the diaper out with one finger.
In reply to Stampie (FS) :
are we still talking about babies or is the for an engine diaper?

Fords have always had a problem with numbers.... 4.9L ? Close enough. Round it to 5
EDIT: also, if you don't break a 15.0, you got beat by a Hyundai. Just sayin'

Tanner was 17 days old when he made it to the Challenge.

Shhh! Don't tell him all the secrets!
(My first trip to the Challenge had my wife and another mom setting up a nursery in our race trailer). That kid could have driven at the Challenge this year!

Okay...this is funny.....I guess I am going to have to watch the movie.....
In reply to wheels777 :
You do have to watch the movie. At least the first one.
Welp, it looks like its potentially going tk be a battle of the straight 6s....
I'll leave it at that for now...

Squishyfishy gone Calvin wanna-be.....(face plant)... where did I go wrong?!?!?!
In reply to surfshibby07 :
I'm wondering if you thought they same things I did when I saw something yesterday.
I hope it's a 2JZ to really cement the F&F memes.
its in the works still. been wanting to experiment, but it could potentially be more hassle than its worth.
In reply to Robbie (Forum Supporter) :
Oh I am pretty certain that it is.
Who is bringing the identically prepared CiViCs that's we can go hijack semis full of VCR TV combos?
Who wants a battle of the straight sixes?
In reply to surfshibby07 :
TBH it looks pretty slow. I think your gearing is totally wrong and looks like you don’t have much traction with just that one tire.

My head says bet on the veterans.
My romantic side wants to root for the underdog in the short roof fox.
My whistful almost dead self screams "turbo Lima ftw !"
This is all so great.
